Wami believes in quality at every level, which is why we provide full support, allowing your passion and expertise to truly thrive.
We offer groomers in their own salons a complete support package, allowing them to fully focus on their craft—free from stress or worry. Because only in optimal conditions can we bring out the best in ourselves—and in every grooming session.
All of this requires a significant investment. That’s why Wami takes a conscious and carefully considered approach. When we choose to welcome a grooming salon into our group, we’re also choosing the person behind it. We therefore expect you to continue developing your craft with passion and dedication—ideally for a period of at least 3 to 5 years (depending on your age at the time of joining).
We aim for salons with at least two groomers—this helps reduce the workload, enhances quality, and provides valuable peer support.
